Achieving coordination of the arms and legs in all movements is a fundamental principal of ballet technique. This focus class guides students through a series of barre and centre exercises to develop and refine this coordination.
These short classes will give particular focus to one or two elements of technique such as port de bras, alignment, épaulement, pirouettes and more.
