This series is for dancers aged 14-15 years old to complement their dance training and guide them to develop and refine their dancing. The series includes two ballet classes, each focusing on key aspects of ballet technique; as well as a focus class specifically working on pirouette technique. The series also includes a contemporary class which explores transference of weight and using momentum and breath to fuel movement, and a Pilates class to strengthen and condition the body for ballet.
